Born in Jakarta April 1958. He completed his undergraduate education in 1982 at the University of Indonesia majoring in Accounting. He continued his education at the University and the same study program until he graduated in 2010.

Previously, Mr. Kurnia held an important role at PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (2014-2020), PT Essence Indonesia (1988-2009), PT Djaya Beverage Bottling Company (1986-1988), PT Coca Cola Indonesia (1984-1986) and Price Waterhouse Indonesia (1980-1984).

Apart from being a Commissioner, he is currently also active at PT Ekadhama International Tbk as an Audit Committee (since 2014), and at the University of Indonesia as a Senior Lecturer (since 1985).

Born in Salatiga in May 1975. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the Islamic University of Indonesia (1998) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at Gajah Mada University (1999). He then earned a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales (2004) and a Doctor of Philosophy at Curtin University (2014).

Previously, Arief Rahman had experience as a consultant at The World Bank – Provincial Health Project in Yogyakarta (1999-2002), Director of Academic Affairs at the Islamic University of Indonesia (2014-2018), and as Editor in Chief at the Indonesian Accounting and Auditing Journal (2015-2017). .

Apart from being a Commissioner, currently he also plays an active role at the Islamic University of Indonesia as an ERP SAP Trainer (FICO module) (Since 2007), Audit Committee at PT. Prambanan, Borobudur and Ratu Boko Temple Tourism Park (Persero) – State Owned Enterprise (Since 2018) and Vice Dean for Resources Management at the Islamic University of Indonesia (Since 2018).

Emha Taufiq Luthfi holds a D3 degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Gajah Mada, a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering at the University of Gajah Mada, a Master in Computer Science at the University of Gajah Mada and a Doctoral Candidate in Computer Science at the University of Gajah Mada.

Currently he plays an active role as Deputy Secretary of the Indonesian Vocational Education Association (APVOKASI) chapter DIY, President Director of Utama PT GIT Solution, Head of the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) AMIKOM University Yogyakarta, Head of Urban and Regional Planning Study Program AMIKOM University Yogyakarta, and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Affairs, AMIKOM University Yogyakarta.

Born in Madiun in July 1954. He completed his undergraduate education at Gajah Mada University majoring in Management in 1979 and had studied at the University of Birmingham majoring in Development Finance.

Prior to his appointment as the Company’s President Commissioner, Mr. Wahyu held several important government positions and served as Commissioner in several companies: PT Semen Indonesia (2014-2019), Bank Mandiri (2012-2014), PT Krakatau Steel (2012), Presiden Komisaris PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (2008-2012), PT Jamsostek (2007-2008) dan Komisaris Independen PT Indo Exchange Tbk (2007-2008).

Currently, he is also active as a Commissioner at PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (since 2015), PT Induk Harta Insan Karimah (since 2015), PT Innovez One Indonesia (since 2020).
