Yogyakarta, March 2024 – eCampuz (PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia), a leading provider of EduTech solutions in Indonesia, a subsidiary of RUN System, announced a dividend distribution for its strong financial performance at the end of 2023. eCampuz revenue reached IDR 17.4 Billion, an increase of 220% compared to when it was acquired by RUN System in 2021. eCampuz’s net profit also recorded a significant increase of 190%, or reaching IDR 5.2 Billion.
Dividend Distribution and IPO Preparation
eCampuz further solidified its success by distributing dividends to shareholders in February 2024. This dividend distribution is a tangible proof and appreciation for investors’ trust in eCampuz. The amount of dividends distributed reached 80% of the total retained earnings or equal to 8M.
Furthermore, eCampuz has prepared a Pre-IPO funding process in 2023. With this funding, it will be able to bolster working capital, accelerate Research and Development, broaden our business reach to international markets, and deepen investment in EduTech.
