Taman Wisata Candi Collaborates with RUN System to Accelerate Digital Transformation at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII)

Jakarta, October 11, 2021 – In order to optimize the usability and effectiveness of the management of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) as an area for the preservation and development of national culture as well as an educational tourism facility with an archipelago culture, PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (TWC) Persero, as the new manager of the area, since July 1, 2021, has taken strategic steps. One of them is to transform information systems through digitalization to meet the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Previously, TWC had collaborated with the RUN System in carrying out digital transformation since 2019. So that the RUN System was implemented in the digitization process in the TMII Area, where the ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) RUN System is one of the tools to accelerate the acceleration of digital transformation in the region.

Sony Rachmadi Purnomo, President Director of PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk as the RUN System principle explained that the success story that has been proven in previous collaborations with TWC made RUN System re-elected as a partner in system implementation which includes Financial & Cost Control (FICO) modules, Inventory Material Management (IMM) and Procurement Management System.

The process of implementing these modules is carried out in stages. The initial process of the collaboration was marked by having conducted training in mid August. And in early October 2021, TMII has officially used the RUN System for recording financial transactions and sources of financial reports prepared for year-end audit reports.

In the near future, it is planned to conduct IMM and Procurement module training before the implementation of the two modules. Furthermore, ticket integration in various rides at TMII, recording the procurement process using the procurement module and recording income for various businesses, all of which are integrated with the back-end system from the RUN System. With this collaboration, it is hoped that TMII’s governance will become more transparent and accountable.
