Yogyakarta, March 9, 2026 – RUNS has been officially appointed as a technology service provider to support the operationalization of 80,000 new cooperatives under the Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih program initiated by Indonesia’s Ministry of Cooperatives. This announcement refers to the Ministry of Cooperatives Notification Letter No. B-89/D.1.KOP/PK.00.00/2026 dated March 5, 2026.
This appointment is part of the government’s efforts to accelerate the implementation of the Koperasi Merah Putih program while strengthening cooperative governance through digital technology integration. As the only Principle ERP provider in Southeast Asia that is publicly listed, RUNS is among the technology platforms integrated with SIMKOPDES (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih) to support financial management, reporting, business management, and cooperative operations in a more effective, transparent, and accountable manner. This initiative is backed by RUNS’ more than 10 years of experience in digitalizing large enterprises and state-owned enterprises.
“The appointment of RUNS as a technology partner within the Koperasi Merah Putih ecosystem is both an honor and a responsibility for the Company. We see this program as a strategic step in strengthening Indonesia’s people-based economy through modern, transparent, and data-driven cooperatives integrated with SIMKOPDES,” said Sony Rachmadi Purnomo, President Director of PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk (RUNS).
RUNS Strengthens Subscription-Based Business Model Through Accounting+
The Company’s participation in the Koperasi Merah Putih technology ecosystem is aligned with its strategic focus on strengthening its subscription-based business model, or recurring revenue, which remains a key priority for the Company in 2026. This strategy is supported by expanding the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions while enhancing the role of technology in improving productivity and organizational transparency.
RUNS’ involvement in the Koperasi Merah Putih program further strengthens the Company’s position in supporting the digital transformation of Indonesia’s people-based economy. With over a decade of experience in developing ERP and SaaS solutions—and as the only publicly listed Principle ERP provider in Southeast Asia—the Company sees significant potential in leveraging technology to improve cooperative governance, particularly in transaction recording, financial reporting, and operational transparency.

Cooperatives as the Backbone of the Economy
The Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih program is one of Indonesia’s strategic national initiatives aimed at strengthening village economies through the development of modern, professional, transparent, and digitally integrated cooperatives.
The government targets the establishment of 80,000 new cooperatives across villages and urban communities throughout Indonesia to serve as engines of local economic growth. According to Databoks, Indonesian cooperatives collectively managed IDR 275 trillion in assets and generated IDR 7.2 trillion in net surplus (SHU) as of 2025.
The program is also supported by the regulatory framework issued by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, including Ministerial Regulation No. 2 of 2024 on the Development and Strengthening of Cooperatives, which emphasizes transparent, accountable, and digitally integrated cooperative governance at the national level.
Technology for Modern Cooperative Governance
Accounting+ is designed as a simple yet intelligent accounting solution that can be used by organizations without complex accounting resources. The system provides automated transaction recording, instant financial reports, and ready-to-use chart of accounts templates, enabling faster and more accurate bookkeeping processes.
A key advantage of Accounting+ lies in its AI Personal Assistant, which analyzes financial transactions and data to generate insights, identify trends, and provide proactive notifications regarding an organization’s financial condition.
With the support of technology solutions such as Accounting+, cooperatives are expected to operate more professionally while simplifying reporting processes and enabling seamless data integration with government systems through SIMKOPDES.
