Perum Perhutani (state-owned forest enterprise) together with Telkom Indonesia and RUN System held a Kick-Off Shadow Operation meeting for the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project ‘TREMBESI’ on Thursday (26/11) at Citradream Hotel, Yogyakarta. This meeting is a follow-up meeting after previously holding the Kick-Off Meeting in July.

The meeting was a farewell ceremony as well as assistance to the new employees of the RUN System ERP System Support Officer before they are placed in Perum Perhutani KPH offices throughout Java. It was attended by Gunawan Edi Wibowo as Project Director of Tremberi Project 2020 of Telkom, Yulistyo Ananta Soejoso as Project Manager of Trembesi Project 2020 of Perum Perhutani, and Hasto Widodo as Co-Project Manager of Trembesi Project 2020 of Perum Perhutani.
There are 75 ERP System Support Officer who will assist Perhutani’s employees in operating the RUN System application. They will be assigned for one year in the designated KPH offices. Employees are expected to be a part of the transformation of Perhutani through the application of the RUN System ERP.
Project Manager of Telkom, Andri Ernawan in his opening speech to the new employees, expressed his hope that they can collaborate with Perhutani employees to help them minimize problems in operating the RUN System application.
Hasto Widodo also expressed his hope that after this program is completed, Perhutani employees can use the RUN System ERP properly for managing Perum Perhutani.
“This program is directed to prepare the employees of Perhutani to operate RUN System ERP application, assisted by ERP System Support Officer to help them use it as well as the knowledge transfer.” Said Harto.
The meeting was conducted by strictly adhering to the Ministry of Health protocols for Covid-19. All participant must already have gone through rapid testing and must do the heath procedures: hand-wash and body temperature check before entering the venue and wear face shield and mask throughout the event.
