Yogyakarta, 26 June 2023 – A subsidiary of technology issuer PT Global Sukses Solusi Tbk (RUNS), PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia (PT SKI) distributes dividends of 15% of net profit. This was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held Monday, 26 June 2023 in Yogyakarta.
Throughout 2022, PT SKI recorded a net profit of IDR 3.17 billion, a growth of 42.38 percent compared to the same period last year of IDR 2.23 billion.
The increase in net profit was driven by the efficiency of direct and operational costs for the income made by the company in implementing work because the company can optimize existing resources to be able to implement work effectively and efficiently.
Meanwhile, the remaining 80 percent of net profit is allocated as retained earnings which will be used to support business expansion, increase production capacity and product development.
